You pick the date and time.

You choose how many courses you want.

You set the table.

We (Chef Sam and crew) show up at your house with all the food, cooking equipment, and plates; take over your kitchen for a few hours; and serve you a gourmet dinner with top-quality seasonal ingredients.

We clean up and leave you and your guests full and happy.
